Terms and conditions of ski school and lessons

The following conditions are an integral part of the ski lessons.

1. The lesson rates correspond to the seasonal price list.
2. An extension of the ski class for renewal rate is possible after the second day.
3. A guarantee for the same instructor may not always be given.
4. Cancellation conditions:
   Free- Cancellations up to 48 hours before lesson start, then 100% of the booking price. The Tickets are not transferable to other persons. Booked course days must be used at a time. Unused days expire. There is no right to a refund of money for events beyond the control of the ski school (for example: Illness, early departure, closing cable cars).
5. The ski school Garmisch-Partenkirchen accepts no responsibility for any accident during class operation. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
6. Group and private lessons are held in all weather conditions.
7. Voucher:
   Redeeming vouchers is only possible with a reservation (at least 48 hours in advance) by e-mail or telephone. After a successful reservation, our cancellation conditions apply in case of no-shows. No cash payment possible, neither partial amounts or remaining amounts. Voucher is only valid upon presentation of the booking confirmation. If a voucher is lost, no replacement is possible. Terms and conditions of rental items

The following conditions are an integral part of the representational loan agreement.

1. The hirer shall be fully responsible for the rental item.
2. The rental automatically includes a risk contribution of 10% of the rent amount, which is added to the total amount. Thus, the landlord undertakes the risk of breakage and theft at 100%.
3. If the hirer does not want the risk contribution, he will be asked to sign this explicitly in his rental form. Thus, the hirer is no longer insured against breakage and theft.
4. When booking online, the risk contribution is included in the “carefree package“.
5. Cancellation conditions: If you cancel your online booking up to 48 hours before the start of the loan, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 10%. Later cancellation will not be refunded. If you choose the “carefree package” when booking, a free cancellation is possible at any time.
6. In case of theft of the rental item, the customer must report to the police and provide written proof.
7. In case of loss or theft of the rental item without insurance, the market value of the rental item will be charged to the hirer.
8. In the case of damage to the rental item the necessary repairs will be calculated according to the price list and the hirer will be charged.
9. The exchange of the rental item during the contract period for equivalent products is possible at any time. The exchange to items of higher categories will be charged additionally.
10. The rental equipment must be paid for each borrowed day until return; latest date of return is 9 a.m. the following day.
11. In the case that rental items are from whatever reason not returned properly, the landlord refunded automatically after 30 days criminal complaint for theft.
12. For the assembly, repair and adjustment of a ski binding a regular rental agreement is required. By signing, you agree to the proper setting binding agreement according the manufacturer's instructions and accept the rules and rental conditions.
13. The conclusion of a lease is only possible with an identity card, a credit card or a deposit. When using a credit card, we only use the credit card number that is automatically deleted after the proper return of the rented equipment.
